	What is my pet's size? All of our collars, harnesses and pet apparel are sized in inches. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to determine your pet's size based on its breed or weight, as all pets come in many different shapes and sizes. Please understand that Dieseldogggie offers merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest you measure your pet carefully and purchase items based on your pet's measurements rather than their size. 	How long will it take to get my order? We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 3 business day and our average delivery time is 5 - 7 days for USA orders. Custom orders will take a bit longer to process as they are made to order. We can give an estimated date of delivery on these items after order is placed. We are able to give estimated delivery times for international orders, not guaranteed delivery times. Back to top
	What is your standard method of shipping? We usually ship orders via USPS. Larger items and some international orders may be shipped via FedEx. Back to top
	What are your shipping charges? Usually shipping charges will calculate when you put the item in your basket. You can see what it is by typing in your postal code. This does not obligate you to buy the item. Sometimes USPS has communication problems and will not show calculated charges but will show at checkout "manual shipping". In cases of this nature, when you have placed such an order, you are also authorizing us to add postal charge to the credit card you used when placing the order. An email will be sent regarding total cost of shipping . If you do not want postage charged you must notify us within 24 of placement of order and we will cancel the entire order. Back to top
	Do you ship to another country or overseas? We will happily deliver to any country that can be insured by our contracted insurance company. USA does have bans on mailing to some international countries, therefore, we have no control over sending to those that are on the ban list. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct. Back to top
	What if my order does not arrive or is damaged ? All shipments are insured, however if you do not receive your order within 3 weeks(USA bound orders) or 45 days(international orders), you must notify us no later than 120 days after ship date. You can however, email us anytime to check on your order. Claims can be opened after the required waiting period has occurred per DSI insurance policy (USA- 3 weeks, International 45 days). You will be required to sign an affidavit and mail it so that you can receive a full refund including postage. Orders that are received damaged also are insured and the same policy applies to these types of claims. Back to top
	What credit cards do you accept for payment? We accept major credit cards through Paypal including ATM Visa/MasterCard. You must have a PayPal confirmed mailing address. Back to top
	Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a personal check or money order? No, not at this time however, at times we can make an exception for you to mail us a check or money order. Contact us if you want to have an exception decided- do not go through the checkout as it is not set up to accept checks. You can send us a list of items you wish to order and we will decide if we will take your order this way. We will email you a decision within 24 hours.
