If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of delivery to you for a merchandise exchange or refund. This means 30 days after it is delivered to you, not from the date of your order. In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price. However, the refund will not include return shipping cost, unless there is a defect in workmanship. There are only a few exceptions to this guarantee so please read the following carefully! Rules for Sale Item Returns Sale items can only be returned for a refund or store credit Rules for Custom Orders: No refunds for personalized items unless there is an error in the personalization due in fault by us. We cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements taken. In the case that an error in production has been made that is the fault of Dieseldoggie Fashion Dog Clothiers, you may return the item for alteration or replacement at no cost to you. Please email us prior to return so that we can watch for your shipment. We also have a different address for return of custom items so it is necessary to contact us for further instructions. Rules for Swarovski Collars, Leads and Jewelry:
Please care for your pet's collar as you would your fine jewelry. Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their rhinestone collar. Do not bathe your dog with the collar on as getting the collar wet may cause damage and this is not covered under our policies. Damage or lost stones due to rough play are not covered under our policies. Be sure to measure your pet's neck at the snug measurement!
We do not keep an inventory. All items are made to order. Be sure to measure your dog correctly. If you question what size to order, or you have a special request, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. If we have made an error in making your collar / lead to your specifications, we will remake it at no charge. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for approval of the return, and the item(s) must be shipped back to us for repair within 7 days. All collars and leads must be shipped in a box just as it was when you received your order. We recommend you send the collar back to us insured, as we do not cover losses due to the U.S. Postal Service. We will not accept any packages for repair if you do not have a prior authorization to do so. Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items. One more thing to note - Austrian Crystal is under this policy.
General Return Instructions : Please email us to let us know that you will be returning your package. Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN SECURELY. We are not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with Dieseldoggie Fashion Dog Clothiers.
Please note : We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your dog as accurately as possible. Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are needed we will contact you for permission to invoice you for the additional shipping charges. Damaged Items and Lost Packages : If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
You must contact us 30 days to a maximum of 60 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. Please note - at the time you purchase your order, you are also purchasing insurance. If your package is lost in the mail, you will be required to sign an affidavit which will need to be mailed to the insurance company. Then we will be able to reimburse you for the entire order. The waiting period to open a claim for loss or damage is 30 days for USA and 45 days for International Orders. This means we will not be able to open a claim until the waiting period has passed. There is a time limit for placing a claim. Any claims brought to our attention after 60 days cannot be processed, therefore time is of the essence with placing claims. Cancelling an Order :
You must contact us by email as soon as you have decided to cancel your order. If we have not already prepared your order for shipment (i.e. printed a postal label), we can accept the cancellation.
In many cases Dieseldoggie Fashion Dog Clothier orders are processed immediately or routed to other offices and fulfillment centers to be processed immediately.
In most cases orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed and the customer will need to process a return based on our return policies, conditions and restrictions.
In the event your order has been charged and processed but not shipped you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover the credit card fees of the order for the charge and refund. You may also be charged with shipping fees if the shipping label has already been processed but only if we are not able to obtain a postal refund ourselves.
